Tanya Harris

Tanya, Director of Training Services is a strong advocate of Strength Based Workplaces, and researches the world for the latest theories to ensure the True Colours System continues to evolve and is at the forefront of international professional development standards, whilst considering the needs of each region.

Tanya believes that it is only when you tap into your people's natural talents and provide them with the tasks to optimise their performance will you truly have a committed and productive team. She says 'A strength based culture is not just about energising and motivating your people, it is about lifting your company's performance through your people'. We often hear the statement ‘your people are your greatest asset’. This is not always true as your people can hold back your business. But,, tap into employees talents and THEN you can confidently say that ‘your people are your greatest asset’.

Combining education and business experience has allowed her to design power programs for companies in the area of Leadership, Teambuilding, Sales and Communications.  Tanya designed the Communications Skills module for the Diploma in IT with TeraTafe and her award winning ‘6 week GOLD Challenge’ program has had phenomenal success with teams, posting outstanding results lifting employee engagement by 100%.  She is the pioneer in linking corporate training to fundraising, supporting companies Corporate Social Responsibility commitment in a apprentice style training program.  Customers range from Government Agencies, Major Insurances Companies to Hospitality such as Marriot Group, Westpac Banking Corporation and McDonald's who have all worked with Tanya.

A member of the Australian Oncology Children Foundation, Tanya is an active committee member helping to raise both awareness and funds for the foundation’s cause.

Experience and qualifications include: 6 years study at the School of Philosophy, Human Resource Development, Performance Psychology and Work Place Training and Assessing.  Materials follow a logical, easy to use methodology that quickly identifies areas of individual development that can be improved to consistently achieve success.  The True Colours Strength Based Systems inspires you to challenge your current mindset and discover alternative methods for achieving results.
