Cris heads Asia Pacific Research and Development for True Colours.
Working for some of the most respected companies from around the world, Cris has had leadership and sales management roles with Lloyds of London, Xerox, IBM, WPP Group and Microsoft; spanning a career of 18 years.
Cris brings a wealth of cognitive science & human skills knowledge and qualifications refined through 15 years of front line experience, including reading people, indirect suggestion, persuasion and influence techniques in negotiations, team building and marketing.
With successes in some of the most fiercely contested Accounts, Cris has won large contracts with Qantas, Singapore Airlines, Eva Air, China Air, Woolworths, Optus, Westpac, NAB, IAG, Macquarie Bank, Federal and State Government Departments (to name a few).
In addition, Cris recently completed a one year mentoring program with one of only two FBI Trained Serial Profilers in Australia and worked with the ex Head of the Serious Crime Division of Qld.
A keen focus on health and well being, Cris has competed in the Forster’s Ironman event, several marathons and ultra marathons, while enjoying SCUBA diving and surfing.
