Our flat fee recruitment service is unique and here's why!
You are probably used to paying between 10-18% for each recruitment assignment. Now you can pay a low fixed fee for your recruitment needs with plenty of value-added services included.
True Colours Recruitment charge a flat fee for our expert recruitment service which includes:
- Recruitment report to identify your current workplace culture
- Candidate screening to insure an accurate cultural fit
- Strength based interview process to identify key strengths, needs and motivation
- Retention workshop to ensure your new candidate quickly blends with your workplace culture
Our theory is when we place an employee in your organisation, we want to ensure the candidate fits into the team and everyone is operating within their strengths.
What you get for your investment:
You know the fee will either be $5,000, $7,000, $10,000 or $15,000 depending on the salary plus GST.
- Advertising is the only extra cost and we keep that to a minimum as we use our networks as well as job boards. The first online advertisement is on us though!
- We take a full brief before we start recruiting and will be asking you some questions that just might make you change the way you recruit in the future
- Each of our short listed candidates will have been put through a strength based online profile and interview before we present them to you
- When you work with us, you are working with senior consultants and trainers
- You will be helping raise funds for the Oncology Children's Foundation
- Once you have your new employee we then come in and provide a half day retention workshop for your team, therefore this does not impact on your training budget!
