Biography
Debbie Carr is Head of Recruitment, Keynotes and Director of The True Colours Group. True Colours provides a comprehensive range of talent management services in Australia and New Zealand, including recruitment, training, keynotes, women on boards and women in leadership. True Colours has operations around the world and training materials have been developed into seven different languages. Thousands of people have experienced part of the True Colours services.
Since joining True Colours in July 2009, Debbie has led the development of a new women’s keynote speaking division for True Colours.
Prior joining True Colours, Debbie was General Manager of Coyote Management from April 2004 to July 2009, when Coyote merged as part of the True Colours Group. Initially Debbie was employed to run the Recruitment Division and later Women Keynotes and Women on Boards.
Debbie began her career as a Office Manager at AXISS Australia, The Australian Government’s highly successful agency set up to promote Australia’s Financial Services around the world, since then her business experience gone from strength to strength. She has been nominated for Telstra Business of the Year Awards 2007, featured in magazines, Event Connect, City Weekly and Quorum.
